Sykora & Santini Teach Irrevocable Trusts CLE

Jayne Sykora and Jennifer Santini co-presented a session as part of this month’s Minnesota Continuing Legal Education virtual seminar entitled “Understanding Trusts: Practical Advice for Creating and Administering a Trust.”

In their session, “Learn the Ins and Outs: Irrevocable Trusts,” Jayne and Jennifer discussed the advantages and disadvantages of irrevocable trusts compared to other trust vehicles. They also instructed on when to recommend insurance trusts, the implications of insurance trusts for taxation, applicable federal requirements and other considerations for gift trusts, plus special pointers on cabin trusts.
